Parador Trujillo. Chyba najpiękniejszy budynek hotelowy, w którym kiedykolwiek mieszkaliśmy. Wnętrza na każdym zrobią wrażenie - wspaniałe dostosowanie wyposażenia do historycznych murów. Mieliśmy szczęście dostać pokój z widokiem na okoliczne pola - niezapomniane. Świetna kuchnia hotelowa, a śniadania - wykwintne na białych obrusach. Parking hotelowy dość duży, ale jest też kilka miejsc na ulicy przed wejściem do Paradoru. Miasto nieduże, mieszkańcy mili i pomocni, ceny w restauracjach niewygórowane. Co zobaczyć? Na pomnik Pizarro można gapić się godzinami, konieczny do zobaczenia jego dom rodzinny, zabytki z wieku XV, wcześniejsze ale i póżniejsze, kiedy srebro i złoto z Ameryki zaczęło docierać i do Extramadura. Probablemente el edificio de hotel más hermoso en el que nos hemos alojado. Los interiores impresionarán a todos: una gran adaptación del equipo a las paredes históricas. Tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una habitación con vistas a los campos de los alrededores, inolvidable. Excelente cocina de hotel y desayunos, exquisitos sobre manteles blancos. El parking del hotel es bastante grande, pero también hay algunas plazas en la calle frente a la entrada del Parador. La ciudad es pequeña, los habitantes son amables y serviciales, los precios en los restaurantes son razonables. ¿Qué ver? Puedes contemplar el monumento de Pizarro durante horas, su casa familiar es de visita obligada, monumentos del siglo XV, anteriores y posteriores, cuando la plata y el oro de América comenzaban a llegar a Extremadura.
