The hotel is a few minutes walk from the bus stop, which was very convenient for tours. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very comfortable. The standard of cleaning was excellent. The dinners were great value.

We loved the room which was light and airy, very clean and had great sea view. Also spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity. The hotel overall has nice modern design, a great pool area, and a stunning cactus garden. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast offer was very satisfying, with a wide range of good quality foods and hot dishes. The Piano bar provides really good cocktails and live entertainment. There are plenty of loungers at both pools (we stayed in the hotel at the end of May). Overall, it was a great experience. We'd love to go back.

Seaside Los Jameos exceeded my expectations. As much as I usually try to avoid large hotel complexes, I found Seaside Los Jameos as a very pleasant, clean, and super well equipped place to enjoy a few days of beach holidays. It certainly helped a lot that I was visiting in April, so the place was not at all crowded. I purchased half board and it was an excellent choice for me, the variety of choices for breakfast and dinner was unlimited. I decided to upgrade for a deluxe room and my fully equipped large terrace overseeing the tropical garden, tennis courts, and even having a bit of a sea view was an excellent treat. The location was perfect and the staff was always very friendly and attentive. All in all, I am now thinking to come back next year to repeat this amazing experience!

We had a lovely reception staff member help us out . There was a nice cafe inside to have coffee in while you wait for check in and shops also. The room so so nice comfy bed nice soft sofa to chill on with the outside chairs and tables . Pool just a few feet away from room . Room service was also there . All 7 pools and beach water was cool to touch first but as soon as you get that first splash you just want to get in . It was so nice in the evening to sit beachside bar and have some food and drinks .the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay
