The Hipotels Hipocampo Palace&Spa Hotel 5* is an excellent hotel with excellent services.
Both the interior and the exterior of the hotel are beautiful, made of high-quality materials. The restaurant services (breakfast and dinner buffet; restaurant staff - waitresses, cooks) are excellent; food buffet consists of great variety of meals (for ex., dinner: 8 types of meat directly prepared by the cook + 8-10 buffet main dishes, additionals, app.25 types of salads and different vegetables, fresh fruit, starters, different “cold meals”, great variety of cakes, ice-cream…) with excellent quality and taste. Restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful if needed.
Rooms are spacious, modern, beds are very comfortable (we have been accomodated in many hotels by this day, and I have to say beds in this Hipocampo Palace&Spa hotel were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on👌)
Hotel garden is beautiful, pools and sauna are fine.
We will definitely come back to this hotel one day by God’s grace!

Everything was so good. The weather was a little bit disappointed, coz it was in early April. The hotel and staff was very nice and friendly. The owner I believe was a man and he was so generous with us and our kids, the kitchen staff was amazing, good food, great location, well cleaned. It was a very good experience with 2 kids. I have enjoyed with everything:) Super friendly and helpful staff, superb food all the day, especially dinner time it's smth - tuna steaks, octopus, raw fish, lamb dishes and etc., well known drinks for all inclusive, plenty of activities for kids that they would never be bored, for those who wants more active vacation you can play tennis, padel, ride a bike, play golf, it was really amazing and restful holidays. I highly recommend to try yourself and myself definitely will come back again :)

My overall experience was neutral but on negative side may be because the location of the room given to me was the worst possible location. Cupboard had few hangers and it was makeshift cupboard with two working doors and some make shift shelfs. Do not expect hotel like stay if your booking a room with sol romantica and it was not worth the money i spent. With little extra you can book nice three star hotel next to the beach.
