Spacious bathroom. The room was big enough for a family and was really clean. The receptionist was very kind. Would recommend.

Location was in a very quiet and rural area, needed a car to travel from there to different locations, shops etc. Beautiful views and high quality property.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. We particularly liked the underground parking as we were travelling on our motorbike.

Superb location and really easy to check in. Nice little room which made the most of the space. All you would need for a solo traveller.

The hotel was modern with good bedroom and bathroom. The cafe attached to the hotel was handy and we used it for a light breakfast rather than the main hotel breakfast. We used the bus to the old town as the walk was around 30 mins and the bus stop was just to the left of hotel.
Enjoy a journey into history at the Gran Hotel La Perla, a sophisticated hotel dating from 1881, which combines modern facilities such as free Wi-Fi with stylish, classical décor.

The hotel was beautiful, right in the heart of the old town, overlooking the street where the bulls run during the festival. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.
Overnight stay travelling from France to Southern Spain.

Scenery around the area is stunning although the hotel itself is located in a more industrial area. Secure parking.

Irurtzun is a small city with not much to offer in terms of cultural or culinary attractions. However, we passed by when the festivities for carnaval were on. Several groups and a short parade took place on the main square, which was fun.
Another lovely stay at Hotel Plazaola (we are staying again on our way back from the UK in 3 weeks ). As always a very friendly welcome for us and our dog and our favourite hotel in Northern Spain for convenience, dog friendly and very helpful staff. We now have a plug in hybrid(o) car and the Wena charger worked great. Perfecto, muchas gracias!!! Hasta Pronto!!! Tostada muy buena!!!
Great value for money, 60euros for one night plus and 8euro supplement for our dog. Very nice hotel, modern and clean. Felt more expensive than it was. Perfect stopover for our transit from UK to Southern Spain. Restaurant was closed when we arrived but was able to grab a couple of beers and a pizza from the cafe to take to our room. Will stay again in the future.
Excellent location, just off the motorway, very welcome stop after travelling from France - and then from Southern Spain on the way back. We have 2 dogs and it was easy to walk them - and very well priced fuel, an automatic station right by the entrance to the motorway. Always use this hotel and will continue to do so.
Yet another great stay at Hotel Plazaola (must be into double figures now) on our way back to the UK. Dog friendly with an electric car charging point that works, was available and not silly expensive. Improved menu in the bar, good breakfast, happy days, will stay again!!!
We always look forward to dinner at the Plazaola. Such a warm, friendly atmosphere. Staff always make the effort to meet our requests. The hotel itself is very comfortable - but it is the warmth of the staff which really makes the difference.
Honestly a great little hotel with very nice staff and a great breakfast. we arrived pretty late but the staff was extremely. They have a parking space as well which was great and the room was really clean.
Hotel was comfortable, great value for money and just a short drive from pamplona. there was a cafe/bar for food and drinks and it was probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Spotless.
This hotel is well placed next to the motorway. We stopped here to break the trip from France to Spain. Checking in and out was easy - we did not eat here.
Staff in hotel and bar were excellent. Very helpful with future bookings. Location close to Via Verde. Cycles well stored. Would definitely stay again.
