The breakfast was sumptuous, the hotel itself was very grand so that it 'felt' like a five-star location, and above all the staff were absolutely delightful. I could have taken them all home with me.
This cozy, modern hotel blends a superb location in central Oviedo, just yards from the Cathedral and the city's shopping center, with fine dining and free Wi-Fi.

Breakfast was good. Room was fine. The staff exceptional. Lost my prescription sunglasses. Sara at the front desk looked at the security video and saw that I had them when we checked in. This allowed me to determine where I had left them. Went to the only place they could be. They were found. Because of her. I’m on the Camino. Would have been a disaster. There was a gentleman who also helped us. Did not get his name. He was working when we arrived.
Located in the Losa de Renfe area of Oviedo, this modern, 4-star hotel features a private parking, an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym and a free sauna.
The SPA in the Grand Hotel is incredible - real luxury. Probably the best we've ever been to. This is where most of the 5 stars goes to. The staff is very kind, flexible and helpful. The village, where the whole object is located is a sanctuary of quietness, nature and beautiful views, just 15-20 min. from Oviedo city centre by car. We have actually extended our stay because we just couldn't leave the place. Rich breakfasts in the room of mirrors will be hard to forget, too.
Breakfast was very generous, the staff is super friendly, the beds are very comfortable and the shower is to die for. The spa is great, super clean and relaxing, could have stayed there all day. The grounds around the hotel are great for a walk too
Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast has been a highlight with homemade desserts, fresh orange juice and omelettes a-la-carte. Spa facilities are great as well and not very crowded during the week days.
The experience with the spa and the surroundings is very nice.
The hotel is big and there is free parking around, unless in busy season.
Nice are to have a walk.
We had a lovely stay at Las Caldas. The Aquaxana facilities are incredible and so relaxing. Breakfast was so fresh and copious. We will definitely be back again.
