Where to begin? From the moment we arrived, our experience at Finca Serena was absolutely perfect. Every member of staff were just wonderful and balanced professionalism with friendliness easily. Our room was spectacular, with plenty of space and stunning decor. We ate at the restaurant both nights and the food was beautiful. Very clever to change the menu each evening so you can eat there again without struggling to find new menu items. We slept perfectly, ate well, and were sad to leave after 2 nights. We feel like we have found a very special retreat that we already cannot wait to return to. It’s also worth noting we are a married gay couple and at no point were we made to feel other during our stay. This is sadly not always the case so credit again to this hotel. Also: the hotel operate a scheme where through donations they offer job opportunities to people who would otherwise not be working (in this case a fabulous cleaner) which is a beautiful thing to do. To summarise: we LOVE this hotel!

Outstanding staff and service, genuine & exceptional care with attention to detail. Breakfast was amazing, the restaurant is Michelin one star level, room was amazing, value for money was amazing. The property itself is brand new with a good spa and outdoor pool. Sunsets are amazing to watch and it’s a peaceful hideaway.

Montuiri is well worth visiting on a Mallorca trip – it is a hill town, wonderfully 19th century, offering views, sometimes from a bar patio, and windmills. Like Binissalem, a quality excursion from Palma by bus. Very helpful receptionist when I was there.
