Really nice small town at the crossroads of St Ignatius and Compostel trails.
Several nice places to eat.
We used it as basé to travel for day trips to explore the region. For example, we visited a dinosaurus site and basque festivities.

It's a beautiful Village with the most precious beautiful Cathedral. The interior is amazing and an absolute must see to walk through and allowed to take photos.
There are quite a few Restaurants and bars but El Figon was "crème de la crème" in our opinion. Absolutely brilliant. The location ambience inside, the food the waiting staff attention, the Chef/Owner - fabulous. DO NOT miss out on having an evening here.

Navarette is a small town/village based around wine making and the Camino. Strong cafe culture and community spirit. Not over commercialised. Beautiful church that is a Camino points place. We come to Navarette to buy wine.

a very small town in the Rioja region, with a huge and very ornate cathedral. It is on the Pilgrims way, and we saw many of them with their backpacks. Many bars and restaurants offer a Pilgrims menu.at a very reasonable price. The cobbled streets are very picturesque, and everyone was friendly. our hotel owner recommended La Sala restaurant for dinner. A 3 course menu including wine and water for 17.95 euros..A very cheerful owner served us,while her husband mended the pipework under the bar!!! .. loudly!! nevertheless we enjoyed dinner.

surrounded by Rioja vineyards and bodegas
with great wine to try - Giorgia the host has
the best tips for the wine, museums and sites to see.
The apartment was fantastic esthetically, functionally and in comfort. The hotel has a rich history and the owner is very proud to share this with her customers, as she should be. The restaurant is fantastically romantic. The breakfast was excellent. My only regret is that I did not have dinner at this amazing hotel
Great location, the 3 bed room was ideal for our family get together. Option for buffet style breakfast each day. The hotel also accommodated our brother who lived locally when he could join for breakfast. Rooms were super clean and bedding changed midweek and clean towels. All staff very friendly and professional. 9
New modern hotel on the outskirts of Navarette, within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops etc. Hotel was very clean, very comfortable, very peaceful.
There is a wine cellar within the hotel and Jen gave us a great tour of this. We tasted four wines, accompanied by four tapas.
The staff were friendly and helpful
Breakfast was very good with lots of variety
The room was large and so was the bathroom. Great views of vineyards
Parking was free and close to entrance of hotel
The wine tour was informative and enjoyable as were the wines
The property was located right on the Camino. Esperanza was wonderful. The rooms were delightful, and very clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. A La Sombra DEL Laurel was better than any hotel we stayed at this far On the Camino.
This was my second trip to Navarrete while walking the Camino. I came back because it was my favorite lodging. it is a charming small hotel. be sure to eat at the restaurant and see the building renovations from this restored ducal palace.
On the Camino, heading out of Navarrete, saves walking through the town the following morning. Spacious room. Great shower. facilities to hand wash clothes and peg them out to dry. Lovely welcoming host, Esperanza.
Room was very good, clean & comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent.
The hotel is only about a mile from the motorway (AP68) so is an ideal stopover
between Bilbao/Santander and holiday destinations.
This is a small simple albergue right on the Camino. You check in with the hotel next door. We had a very comfortable double room with its own line outside the window. There is a small kitchen too.
The hotel is in a good location and is a great place to stay on the Camino. The room was spacious and very clean. The man at reception who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful.
Excellent location in downtown of Navarrete. The room were comfortable enough. The employees were very kind during our stay. Prefect to visit winery tours near the location.
We had lunch in the cellar of the hotel and the wonderful chef from Columbia delivered an awesome meal. We could not say enough about the hotel and the meal 5 star goodness!
