Look for the hotel’s parking sign on entering Benia as the hotel is one street back; ample free private parking over the bridge behind the hotel. Lovely welcome from Jose and good advice from Marta about the likely early morning closure of the Covadonga lift-gate access to the lakes on a busy weekend. Our traditional yet modern room was spotlessly clean with a large comfortable (firm) bed and good bathtub / shower. We didn't use it but there's an elevator to upper floors. Fabulous dinner (€40 menu for 2) at nearby Bar La Huerta (weekends only); later learned that Peña Santa offers half board dinner at Sidreria Moreno next door. Good value (€9-10?) buffet breakfast with fruit, yoghurts, juices, hot drinks, bread, pastries, cold meats, regional cheeses as well as cooked bacon and homemade tortilla.
The modern Apartamentos El Pedrayu apartments include LCD TV, free Wi-Fi and free parking. They are situated in the Asturian village of Onís, in the Picos de Europa National Park.

We never met the owner but she was super friendly via WhatsApp and helped us out with recommendations. Location is perfect for the Ruta Del Cares and other local walks. Patio space nice. Bed was comfortable. Value was great!

Breakfast tasty and good value. Excellent location. The Camín Encantau around Ardisana and neighbouring villages is recommended as an interesting, pleasant walk. Sunrise through the window leading onto our balcony was quite the best way to awaken on a Spring morning.

Due to network problems, my room was given to someone else. But a hotel with a better environment was arranged for me. The hotel building is very beautiful and parking is convenient. In the morning, accompanied by the sound of cow bells, looking at the beautiful scenery, I felt happy.

Really friendly and helpful hosts. She coped with our arriving early while dealing with other guests and cleaning the rooms. Went out of their way to make our stay a good one. Personal touches like these make a little hotel like this one a great place to stay.
The location is perfect to explore all the different spots in Asturias. You are half way to Cangas de Onís and Arenas de Cabrales. The hotel has a private parking which allows you to arrive at any time without having to worry. I'd definatively recommend to a friend/ relative.
Loved the location. It was situated in the mountains above Benia de onis. Ideal for seeing the covadonga sights and the lakes above. Brilliant place for walking and seeing the fabulous and awesome Picos de Europa
Maria and her daughter were very helpful
Friendly and helpful staff. Parking available. We didn't take breakfast included, but the cafeteira downstairs had good options and tasty omelet.
Nice restaurants in the area even in off season.
Kitchen well equipped especially for a hotel.
The spa was really nice, and breakfast very rich. My kids loved the play-room and the exhibition of old cars and motorcycles. Also the location of the hotel was very comfortable for a small escape to Picos de Europa and Cangas de Onis.
The Maria Manuela Hotel & Spa is excellently located to explore the Picos de Europa which is just a fabulous place to visit and travel through by car, motorcycle or bicycle. A real hidden gem of a place in Northern Spain.
Gorgeous setting amidst the hills and conveniently located to reach most points of interest in the area.
The hotel has a lovely external appearance abs offer generous size rooms.
A very friendly hotel in a lively little village with several bars/,restaurants _shops etc. Very welcoming staff and a comfortable room. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.
Good location for a night on the road from Cangas de Onis. Spacious parking. Convenient stay for 4 in one room. Number of family run restaurants in close proximity to hotel.
