My family and I enjoyed the buffet styled breakfast, lunch and dinner however we thought there could be more chicken options available as one of the members of our party only ate chicken. Otherwise, the variety was great and delicious. Pep Joan was particularly helpful and a wonderful receptionist who greeted us on our first night there when we checked in.

Their is part of a hotel group and when we arrived we were actually accommodated in the Playa Blanca hotel next door, however all the accommodation is similar and the facilities (pool, bar, breakfast etc) are central and easily accessible from both sets of rooms. Clean, good maid service, very pleasant staff. Very good value for money, breakfast etc was all excellent. Location perfect, just one street back from the seafront and beach so quieter than the hotels on the front.

The view is absolutely stunning. The apartment is huge, with all the facilities and located in a great, and calm area. The beach is only one step away. There is free parking on the streets around it.

The two swimming pools were amazing, ideal for a small budget trip! It was well located, we were able to go to all the east part pf the island by bus itself. We had amazing dinners over there with local food and international food as well. The staff were all very friendly and it was wonderful to hear a «  hola » everywhere in the hotel.

Amazing hotel for families. Kids activities are everywhere. Kids pool was great little bit cold but we were there in May. You can use inside pool when the weather is not nice. For me the best hotel. Food was delicious. Sooo many varieties of food. The beds were comfortable as well and we got a room with a sea view. Staff in reception is very helpful. I will come back for sure. Xxx
