The location is great, wonderful views from the terrace, the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the building itself is a beautifully renovated old castle with all the modern necessities but still stunning and full of history! Everything was perfect. I was picked up in 10 minutes upon arrival in Los Arcos. The room was very nice, spacious, equipped with all necessities, sparkling clean, comfortable bed; very peaceful and quite place to rest. It was also very friendly & welcoming place to Camino de Santiago guests. The Manager went over and beyond with assisting staff to make sure that my luggage gets delivered to my next hotel (even though it was my mistake to miss the delivery time). She was willing to drive my luggage herself to Logrono. I very much appreciated her efforts!
