Stylish, beautifully appointed, gorgeously restored “indiano” mansion in a small town surrounded by green lawns and pastures. Maria Antonia, the proprietor is lovely. She is gracious, warm and attentive. She serves an elegant breakfast on crisp white tablecloth in the gazebo. Surrounded by the spectacular Asturias scenery, we felt we had stumbled onto our own secret Shangri-La.

Location was beautiful. Rooms, pool, spa, restaurant were all excellent. Staff was extremely friendly. I had the best massage from Pilar. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Rooms were very clean and well maintained during our stay. There was a fragrant fig scent throughout the property that enhanced the experience and was just beautiful. Overall a terrific experience and I recommend wholeheartedly.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel. The only shortcomings are it’s difficult location with GPS, and that they do not have air conditioning. Otherwise perfect.

Javi and Dave were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We are considering purchasing a property in Asturias and they were very generous with information about purchasing and renovating real estate in the area. The breakfast included fresh fruit, excellent toasted bread, abundant coffee, and as a bonus --homemade cookies. Our room was extremely nice with a comfortable bed fitted with Egyptian cotton sheets, and a modern bathroom. The entire property has been recently renovated to the highest modern standards yet retains the warmth and charm of the Asturias countryside. The property is well located in the Pilones area
about 10 minutes from Infiesto, a small city with cafes and restaurants. Oviedo is about 45 minutes away and the beautiful beach towns of Ribadesella and Llanes are less than an hour away. Javi and Dave have prepared a number of travel itineraries on their website that were useful in touring the area. All in all a wonderful experience.
