Centrally located. Within short walking distance of Broadstairs sea front, restaurants and and shops. The house and rooms were Immaculately clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of snacks drinks and toiletries for us. Also a nice pod coffee machine. We’ll definitely be returning!

Beautiful seaside village, great restaurants, friendly vibes, amazing sandy beach, walking trails, great little gift & antique shops, very busy on the long weekend we were there, but it didn’t feel too crazy crowded, recommend visiting Broadstairs.

Really pretty, lovely clean sandy beaches. A small seaside town with only a small shopping area with small independent stores. Some nice restaurants. As with many seaside towns there are some closed down shops and more maintenance needed in places, a little jaded in parts. However the main town Beach, Viking Bay is one of the prettiest I’ve seen. Do not visit in the winter or when it is raining. The menu is very limited at weekends and if there is a function at the time of visit, you can forget about any available facilities in the hotel. Lovely coastal walk , went in winter I guess- march , but still a lovely walk and we were lucky with the bright days .lunch was lovely as was breakfast. Been scores of times over my life - this was the first long weekend to see relatives who now live in Broadstairs - it's a beautiful English seaside town with tons of history and the best beaches, I think, in the south of England - wonderful for summer swimming (especially stone bay). has a great community feel, good restaurants and pubs and is wonderful for kids and oldies alike.

Me and my boyfriend/partner, were very happy with our stay. had a really lovely time, at Broad Stairs in Kent where we stayed. lots to do and see, good food restaurants for all, enjoyed the fresh burger at the Viking Bay Cafe, was delicious. The staff were warm, welcoming and very attentive to our needs. We stayed in the Oriental room, which was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had a cooked breakfast which was one of the best I have had in a hotel or b&b in a long, long time. The bathroom all functioned well (lights in the right place so that I could see to shave and the basin, unlike in many even good hotels, didn't leak) but it was too small for comfort - not easy to towel-off after a shower.

Our host was very friendly and thoughtful and even provided us with breakfast and snack items. The beds were super comfortable. Everything from decor to amenities was well thought out.
