Impressive building with prominent position overlooking Blackheath common. Internally well laid out with plenty of options to move around and good lifts. Beautiful gardens - lain with marquees for three weddings - very English with cosmopolitan staff and customers.
Easy parking, great staff and rooms clean, very comfy and secure. Great tech - tv and WiFi signals really good.
Finally really appreciated the empathy shown to us by one of the hotel chiefs - Julie. Lovely gesture that will always be remembered. Service simply way beyond that of the major chains.
