The location is great. Very close to the ferry, shops and tavernas.
The host was very informative and friendly. She was at the property every morning so could answer any of our questions.
There is an iron in the room which was useful as we were traveling around a few islands with clothes constantly in and out of luggage.
A kettle and fridge were handy too.
Lovely julliet balcony to watch the world go by overlooking the square and harbour.

Wonderful room and view...definitely book the water view room! Klimis, the owner is terrific. The receptionist went to great lengths to help is get laundry done before we had to leave. They even prepped a breakfast to go for us leaving on the early ferry, before opening time.
Can't say enough good about this place and staff! Location great, nice room.

We loved the clean, modern and spacious room, intimate hotel size (with only a handful of rooms) and proximity to the seaside and local restaurants, coffee shops and bars. We also really appreciated how quiet our room was, with its own entrance, and that we had a private patio area and table where we could enjoy breakfast outside. Breakfast was included with our room and conveniently delivered to our room upon request via WhatsApp. The proprietor, Fotis, is super chill!

The location was easy to find and the walk from the port to the venue was easy with no steps to climb.

Fantastic, excellent, amazing, and exceeded my expectations.
Fantastic, excellent, amazing, and exceeded my expectations. Visiting again for sure, can't wait to experience it once more. I didn't have inclusive breakfast, but knowing the hotel, I'm sure it would be good. There are so many bars and restaurants that cater to all needs, cheap and cheerful, middle-of-the-range, or high-end. Location-wise, the hotel is excellent and extremely central, a gem, charming, right in the heart of the island. The staff were very helpful, who went over and beyond, plus always cheerful. Happy to learn your needs and point you in the right direction. The owner: family-run hotel, who rescued an architecturally beautiful and run-down building and has been gradually renovating the hotel during wintertime. The guests don't see or hear any of the renovation works, they are behind the scenes, but they do gradually go on not seen or heard. The old lift in the hotel has a little of a modern sparkle about it, but it is delightful and has a lovely musical tinkle when in the lift, a must-experience. Most of the hotel rooms have sea views, but if you don't have a sea view, don't be alarmed, you will have a lovely spacious clean room with a view and perhaps and balcony, but if not whatever room you get: large or small, it is clean, comfortable and perfect for a beach holiday! After all it is an island and for what you are paying for a large or small room, balcony or not, you’re still getting an en-suite and great value for money; on a beach holiday, you’re out all the time enjoying the sea and sun and local cuisines, not sitting in the hotel room! It really is value for money and more! It has a lift, and the building has character. My room was very comfortable. If you are looking to save costs and want an all exclusive, book the room and you will find all types of catering needs across the island: cheap-middle range-high end.

Beautiful island with lots of flowers.
Beautiful island with lots of flowers. Relatively little traffic. Bring your walking shoes and some water shoes for the pebble beaches. Ask for recommendations about where to eat and make reservations if you go in high season. Definitely take a round the island boat trip - that was the best thing we did. We chose Lefteris Tsanas https://www.facebook.com/p/Spetses-Fishing-trips-and-traditional-boat-tours-100069392708838/. The cost was very reasonable and he is a knowledgeable and personable tour guide and local fisherman who supports sustainable fishing practices for the entire island. He brought along Greek mezes for our trip which were homemade and included octopus he had caught himself...it was magical!

Our favourite places was new port and old port.
Our favourite places was new port and old port. It was easy to walk around the center, but for beaches you have to go with motorbike or bicycle. I was impressed with the hospitality of the locals and their willingness to help. Also we ate at patralis fish tavern and Agios in the center the food was great. The beaches were good in a stunning location, the disadvantage was that they have small stones, not sand.

Hotel Kastro is in a deal location for walking about Spetses town. Lots of cafes and eateries. Our favourite was PATRALIS, definitely! Freshly prepared dishes to cater for all tastes. Plus service and hospitality at KASTRO HOTEL exceeded expectations! Their breakfast had a huge variety and was enjoyed thoroughly sitting next to pool and shady trees! Loved it! Thanking Christian’s and Svet and the team for going above and beyond.

Not crowded and not very touristy.
Not crowded and not very touristy. Mostly Greeks on holiday and locals.
Nice shops cafes, tavernas etc.restaurant in the old port were great. We loved Patralis in the other direction it had wonderful seafood. Except when we went to the beaches we walked everywhere.
Transport is taxi, bus, horse and cart or you can hire bikes or mopeds. Keep the number of your hotel handy so if the bus is full on your way home from the beach they can send you a taxi.
People were all very nice. Would visit again
We had a satisfying 3-night stay at Anemos in Spetses. The staff's quick resolution of a shower issue showcased their excellent customer service. The property's location struck a balance between accessibility to the town center and a peaceful ambiance. Considering the reasonable pricing, our comfortable and clean room, though lacking in a captivating view, offered good value for money. Overall, Anemos provided a pleasant retreat and we'd recommend it for a hassle-free stay on the island.
The hotel is located 10-15 minute walk from the port making it a quieter area of Spetses. The breakfasts are outstanding! Beautiful, freshly prepared and abundant. Exceptionally clean pool at a beautiful temperature. Mirko and Adriana are beautiful and generous hosts who have managed to create a very special atmosphere. Our favourite stay in Greece and I would best describe this boutique hotel as being quite contemporary and stylish but also very relaxing.
Fantastic location on the sea front, walking distance from the ferry terminal. Spacious units with handy kitchenette and decently sized fridge - super if you have kids that suddenly go hungry. The pool is fantastic for kids and adults (separated).
Breakfasts were idyllic, outside with a view of the sea, great beroert and the best yogurt!
I would easily say it’s the best destination to stay in Spetses.
Daily cleaning, friendly staff, comfortable beds.
This property is so special — it has a retro style with amazing pieces from the owner’s ship captain family, but with new bathrooms and all the modern clean amenities and great AC. plus a grove of lemon trees, two outdoor spaces, and a great location. it was perfect for two couples to explore the island beaches by day on bike then stroll out for dinner around the port by night. MariKait was so helpful and attentive, would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Excellent location. You have everything at hand to walk to the center of town to see the little shops, the beaches. And the hotel is wonderful, the staff is super attentive and makes you feel at home, the room is super clean and spacious, in our case, and the pool area… wonderful to relax and unwind. And the breakfast... super varied, they also make an effort to ensure that you have everything and if you need anything special they will get it for you.
This was the perfect place to stay in Spetses. A cozy, beautiful getaway tucked away in the hillside just minutes from the city center. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming and made us feel immediately at home. The rooms were super comfortable, we slept great! And the breakfast was incredible: a full spread of homemade cakes, quiche, and pies... fresh fruit and yogurt, cereals, amazing coffee! It was like something out of a magazine. We will be back!
We loved our stay at Armata boutique hotel. The location was great, 2 minutes from the port, 15 minutes walk from the old port restaurants, bars, clubs, 15-20 minutes walk from Kaiki Beach. The staff was so polite. Mary was our favourite, very polite and kind and ready to please you and help you with anything. Definetely I will choose Armata Boutique hote again. Thank you❤️
The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and completely equipped. The view is amazing and there’s a great sitting area outside. The host Christos was very friendly and helpful, he welcomed us at the port, organized a quad that was waiting for us at the apartment, and was in touch for everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again if back in Spetses!!
The hotel is in an 19th century mansion with high ceilings a very comfortable living room and has an overall unique feel. Vasilis the host, is a very nice person that loves Spetses and is a wealth of information about the island. We had a very nice conversation about the island and life in Spetses before departing.
The hotel is in a near a bus station - called "Spetses-Hotel" runs almost every hour, 1km away from Dapia Center)
Breakfast was not rich but adequate
Good WiFi (even in the 2nd floor)
Shower pressure and the toilet water pressure ok
TV Signal ok
Soft pillows and bed.
Tina and the stuff in Mimoza are very friendly and take great care of their guests. In Mimoza you will find the warmth and coziness of a family-owned hotel, tasty Greek breakfast and clean beautiful rooms. I totally recommend staying in Mimoza when visiting Spetses.
Really enjoyed my weekend stay in this traditional Spetses mansion! Staff was very friendly and service was excellent! Breakfast was an experience, overall highly recommended!
The hotel and grounds are lovely and immaculately kept. The room was clean and beautifully decorated.
Spetses is a beautiful Island and a great place to stay and explore.
