The free shuttle service is super useful - Antonio can get you to the bus stop and the Capo di Sorrento in 5 minutes!!

Excellent family-run hotel. Perfect for a relaxing stay, far away from busy tourist areas. Located at the seaside, with a beautiful view. The breakfast was amazing. We’ve also tried the Michelin star restaurant, great culinary experience. The family that runs the hotel as well as staff were very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay at Taverna del Capitano.

Much quieter than the other Amalfi bays/towns which we loved after the crowds and still had several restaurants if you wanted them. Limited transport options aside from private driver though if you don't have a car.

It is quieter than Sorrento but only a short bus ride away from lots of activities if needed. It was a nice location if you want away from the throngs of tourists. A few nice restaurants and beautiful views.

We had a lovely room with typically large doors opening onto a well-sized patio with lounges overlooking the ocean. The room was clean and spacious. The bath and shower were a bit small but did not deter from our experience. The restaurant that was adjacent to the hotel was excellent. Sergio was a wonderful host.

Super far away from any near town or city. Not much to do. Beaches are not nice here but there is a harbour where you can get an expensive boat trip to Capri. No buses around and taxi is ridiculously expensive... however a beautiful little village if you like peace and quiet and don't want to leave your accommodation at all for the trip. The nearest beach was Puolo beach (10 minute drive) which had dirty water, lots of boats and rentable chairs but no regular sandy beach space and quite far off if you don't take a taxi all the way there.Evelyn

We had one of the tasting menu's in the restaurant for dinner with wine pairing, the servers were so attentive and very knowledgable about the history of the wine. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from and the view made it all the better. The hotel is situated in the most stunning location and the sunset was just the best end to an amazing trip. The cake she had made was the best ever! She spoke good English, helped us change reservations at another hotel and moved us to another room when we decided to stay longer. It is a castle with lots of stairs. *We had a beautiful view from our deck and the rooms were spacious. We would love to stay longer.

Best place we stayed in this year. Definitely will be back. Don’t even consider other places if you’re going to actively explore the coast.
