Nice staff, I went for my birthday and they allowed me to bring a few friends up, which was really nice of them. Of course they didn’t stay the night. It was just me and one of my girlfriends. But overall no complaints.

The proximity of restaurants and other convenient stores was positive. However, from a young receptionists who doesn'even smile to the old looking and dirty rooms were all trash.
The Post Office would bring my mails to the receptionist inly to be told that they didnt know anybody by name so they returned 3 packages back. This hotel doesn't qualify to be in the United States. So disappionting.

Queens has easy access to all the major attractions.Subway close, but badly designed for wheelchairs and prams.
Everyone we spoke to was exceptionally friendly, from help with our wheelchair,to advice and directions.
Lots of lovely places to eat.
Would happily recommend the area.

Why were there so many taxes. Is it just the Ramada Hotel?
Why were there so many taxes. Is it just the Ramada Hotel? Why is there a hotel tax and a room tax in addition to city and state taxes? I did not incurr hotel and room taxes a year ago at a Holiday Inn in Queens.

Queens is more modern and you have plenty of choices for food. I'm an Asian and the food in Queens are little bit different than Chinatown so really depends on the preference.
One thing I do notice are Queens has more Malls, big malls so is easy to shop for clothing. And also the hotel cost and parking are little bit cheaper than downtown. If you don't mind to take metro, Queens are good option.

This Queens neighborhood around Queens Plaza is a "happening" one. Lots of food options, excellent Manhattan connectivity, Pedestrian pathway along Queensboro bridge offers Manhattan-visit on foot, weather permitting !

There is a lot to do, many options to spend your day.
There is a lot to do, many options to spend your day. Hotels are close to the Airport- minutes away. However, everything is expensive, we came from spending a few days in Cleveland and everthing in Queens was more expensive, especially food.
Room is great, very large for NYC standards. Staff is nice and attentive. Hotel lobby is safe and secure at night as a swipe card is required to enter the building and there is a security guard stationed by the door. The location is conveniently located within walking distance of both Long Island City and Astoria. The subway stop for both the M & R are right outside the front door. The lobby is large and spacious and has lots of wall plugs for remote work during the day. I really can't say enough nice things about this hotel.
I recently stayed at the Ravel Hotel with my husband. We got upgraded and we had an amazing and absolutely breath-taking view from our balcony ! Our room was really spacious and clean (and was kept clean even during our stay). Our bed was comfortable as well. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is great too - it is situated next to Queensboro Bridge metro station so you can get easily and fast to Manhattan. This hotel is simply amazing! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to NYC :-)
Excellent location for all the great eats and things to do in the Flushing Area! Very walkable to the subway as well, so no issues with public transportation. Facilities were a bit older but clean and still comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Did not take advantage of the complementary breakfast with our booking, but it was nice to know that the hotel had morning food options available.
If you like Asian cuisine, this hotel is for you. There is a wide range of Asian restaurants in the hotel area and at affordable prices. Easy access to LaGuardia Airport with connection via Metro Line 7. Also via line 7 you reach Times Square directly. It is worth the cost/benefit. If you have professional appoitments at Queens College, as we did, the Q25 bus takes you directly there in ten minutes.
This hotel is perfect for a layover between long flights. It appears to have been designed for that purpose. Good beds, hot water with good water pressure, very good bathroom lights for makeup and shaving, hot and cold breakfast choices. Staff was pleasant, professional and responsive. The gym was useful, clean and handy with good equipment for a quick workout. Best part was airport shuttle.
Was very good. The hotel is new, in good condition, and very clean. Every day, they greeted us with hot chocolate. The breakfast is okay, could be better, but it's fine. In terms of location, you have to walk a bit; my advice is to use the 21st Street-Queensbridge Station, which is the closest.
But I recommend it; it has the three Bs: good, nice, and cheap.
Amazing staff, lady on the reception Pretty are fantastic, she is the crown 👑 of this hotel, nothing to much for her, so helpful and polite, she is amazing, professional and knowledgeable about costumer relationship, simply the best:)thank you so much for organising taxi for us and preparing coffee for us!!!
Hopefully to see you again!!!
We stayed at this budget hotel for 5 nights:
- 10mins walk to subway which takes you to Manhattan in 15-20 mins (total ~30mins each way)
- Lots of restaurants close by
- Cheaper than other motels/hotels in the area
- Room was large; bed/pillow were comfy
- AC included
- Smooth checkin, and checkout is at 12pm (later than most places here)
The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Arriving in busy Queens can be frazzling to say the least, but the reservation desk relaxed us, found solutions to our problems, and checked us in quickly. The hotel is comfortable and so close to the US Open arena and other great spots. They were even able to help us with parking.
We were delayed by weather and scrambling for a hotel. We were able to get a room here, and it was our refuge! The next day, the staff held our luggage as we explored The City, and them we took the free shuttle to the airport! A perfect ending to what could have been a nightmare travel story! Thank you, Booking.com and Springhill Suites!
Best place for the value for money to stay. The hotel doesn’t look fancy from outside but in terms on service ans quality of cleanliness and breakfast its a 10/10 place to stay. Its also quite close (3mins walking) to the metro station that takes to the heart of the NYC and almost anywhere nearby.
clean hotel, amazing staff Dean the manager was really helpful, by mistake of booking we booked a room for three but hotel doesn’t have facilities for three so at the end the manager tried to help us as much as he could, hotel near subway, is an industrial area no too much to visit there
We only used the hotel for an overnight stay before setting of for another part of our holiday. The hotel was perfectly good enough for a short stay. Location is convenient as it is close to the airport. We very much appreciate a free shuttle to Hertz where we were picking up our car.
The hotel is exceptionally clean. Someone is cleaning common areas all the time. The staff are extremely helpful and visible when you need them. The location was easy to walk to everything in downtown Flushing, the Metro, and train station.
Price was good even for Queens, far less than what you pay in Manhattan and still reachable by subway.
Room was okey(ish), clean and relatively comfortable however, fairly noisy since the location of the hotel is right next to major highway
