Especially Dianna on reception and the housekeeper. Very warm, welcoming and kind. A very positive experience as a guest. Early check in was accommodated, help with taxis, pleasant manners. I'll be back!

They were very accommodating when we needed to store our luggage before the rooms were ready. The AC worked, which was great! And I was happy with the WiFi (but I didn’t stream much). Location is really great and I came back again, it was that good.

Our 3 day stay at L’addresse hotel was a pleasant one. The staff was very helpful, arranging our pick up from the airport. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms cosy. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the center, restaurants and at each corner of San Telmo one can have a nice surprise: like an artistic demonstration of tango.
