The hotel is located the middle of the old town of Innsbruck. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The Imperial Palace Innsbruck is 200 metres from the property. The staff is just amazing! They have big hearts and always ready to help the guests. I already miss the staffs who say HELLO to you with warm hearts. Linda was superb with the help of making reservations of my train which was a little complicated for me as foreigners. Furthermore, the breakfast is incredibly beautiful and the healthy ingredients are all from the regional farmers! I really liked being at the beautiful Cafe where they serve breakfast. :) Visiting Innsbruck again, I'd definitely come back the hotel!

Hotel Innsbruck is located at the bank of the Inn River in the heart of the Old Town, 200 metres from Golden Roof, a 5-minute walk away from the Congress Centre and the Nordkettenbahnen Cable Car. Receptionists were really kind, room is clean and neat, location is great - at the heart of the city, next to the old town and the river.

The location and the staff were great. Everything about our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

The view was exceptional! People were So kind if we had any questions or needed help with anything. The rooms had a refrigerator which was so helpful and plenty of seating to see the view
