The eco-friendly, family-run Das Grüne Hotel zur Post - 100 % BIO enjoys a quiet location in the Maxglan district, a 5-minute bus ride from the centre of Salzburg. The hotel sent a very detailed and helpful email prior to arrival with tips on transportation and other useful info. The room was nice and parking was free and convenient. We purchased bus tickets from the desk and went to the Salzburg Christmas Market and Mozart's birth home. We really loved how beautiful the city was. I highly recommend the Salzburg salt mine tour (a short drive away) and Ristorante Roma Italian (just down the street). The staff was very pleasant.

Construite par le célèbre architecte Jakob Ceconi, la Villa Ceconi se trouve à seulement 5 minutes en bus du centre de Salzbourg. Our room was super clean and so nice. We felt really comfortable there. The bathroom was also very clean and it has a heating floor. The villa is located close to a few bus stations. We could easily ride with the bus to the old town and city center.

The apartment is 15minutes walk outside of the tourist part of town- but very well worth the effort. Very comfortable, lots of space, clean: we actually looked forward to coming back in the evening. The bus stop is right next to the building so even if you don't arrive by car it's easily accessible.
