Super clean, kind staff, good location, the room facilities are sufficient it has kettle and refrigerator they put Nescafe, tea and coffee creme that I rarely see in 3 starts hotels. We were upgraded to the Superior Room at arrival, lovely girl at the front desk helped us with navigating around Vienna as it was our first time there.
