We arrived earlier around lunchtime and we could check in earlier as well. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel brasserie au violon offers rooms with free WiFi in Basel, attractively situated 200 metres from Architectural Museum and 300 metres from Basel Cathedral. The hotel was adjacent to a church and a music museum and the surroundings were calm. The room was exactly as shown in the photos and was nicely and clean. I stayed alone and was able to rest comfortably on a wide bed with a good firmness mattress. The shower had hot water. The heating was off, probably because it was the beginning of March, but I turned it on as it got cold at night. It was nice that it warmed up quickly. The hotel is located at the top of a gently sloping staircase path, but you can also take the lift. Check-out was 11am, which gave me enough time to explore the centre in the morning, have breakfast and then return to the hotel. Highly recommended!

Centrally located in a pedestrian zone in the Old Town of Basel, within 250 metres from the Market Square, Apartmenthaus Zum Trillen offers stylish furnished apartments with free WiFi access. Convenient location to tram, restaurants and grocery store. It was great that there was a washing machine available and drying racks. The balcony was great.

Apartment's location is perfect, right in the city centre, which is a quiet area during the night as there is no traffic except for public transport a few hundred meters away, which makes it easy to travel through the city. The check-in process is clear and detailed, leaves you no room for mistakes. Apartment was clean, well furnished with all the amenities, good WiFi connection. And getting a free of charge Basel Card which gives you free public transportation as well as discounts to various museums and attractions was simply perfect!

Am fost in timpul carnavalului. Atmosfera a fost foarte frumoasa cu o mare varietate de costume si teme. Sunt foarte frumoase prelucrarile muzicale pentru fanfara. O atmosfera deosebita la care vrei sa iei parte.
