Excellent delectable food and most importantly amazing staff. We want to express our gratitude for the entire wonderful, helpful, knowledgable reception team especially Karine, also Justine and Daria, and the excellent and kind concierge gentlemen especially monsieur Pascal. We also enjoyed the best Swiss cuisine at Restaurant Les Armures located in the hotel. The whole experience was wonderful for us as a family, Les Armures is a true marker of the excellent and warm Swiss hospitality.

My family of five stay here for one night and it’s really a perfect location which is near and within walking distance to all the main attractions that we want to visit. My kids love the triple decker beds so much! Staffs at reception are awesome and so kind! Answer all our questions patiently.

A fantastic apartment perfectly located in the old town. Spacious and clean, with good facilities. Philippe was excellent in communications and assistance. We were there by chance for the L'Escalade celebrations (we had not planned this) - and what a position! Just opened the windows and looked down on the marching and crowds. Sucha. great weekend to be in Geneva.
