Location, amenities, staff cordiality. Hotel is near the banhofstrasse, main street with luxury brands, and other interesting points. Room was actually spacious (this is quite rare over here).

The staff the location and the friendly welcoming.. there was in the reception guy name Noah he was very polite and friendly.. the hotel highly recommended

The small 5-star Alden Suite Hotel Splügenschloss Zurich enjoys a quiet location right in the center. Every single staff we met were well trained amazing customer service. Housekeeping will visit twice to make sure cleanliness is at its best. Free mini bar, my rooom was upgraded to 80m2.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The accommodation was impeccably clean, and the atmosphere was extremely pleasant. I greatly appreciated the fact that everything we needed was available in the area, which made our stay very comfortable and worry-free. I will definitely come back here with pleasure!
