They gave me a free upgrade of the room- very much appreciated. The hotel has a good position, closed to the main train station and to clubs area. Very nice rooms with huge walk-in shower in the middle of the room. Good housekeeping

I forgot to request a baby cot and called the reception very late in the evening and the just the same I was provided with a baby cot within a couple of minutes.
