The staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly. It was clean and comfortable with a wonderful shower, hot water and comfortable bed. It is located in a place that makes it easy to get anywhere by walking or subway. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Very comfortable bed. Nice and clean room. Big modern shower. Good WiFi signal. Kettle with plenty of tea and coffee in common kitchen area. Ramon will also make some stronger Moka coffee! The hosts are a delighful couple. They love to chat with their guests. Great way to learn more about city and country. I had an amazing time in Santiago, thank you!

Excellent stay outside the city centre, very convenient for tourist travel with close proximity to subway. Inward facing rooms very calm, great bedding, beautiful interiors and excellent breakfast.

It's a lovely old fashioned and well refurbished building. No elevators due his historical status. Beautiful garden inside. The staff was incredible helpful all the time. Good restaurants at a walking distance.

Nastanitev Hotel HW High Wellness se nahaja v središču mesta Santiago, 16 min hoje od znamenitosti Muzej Museo de la Memoria Santiago, in ponuja fitnes, skupni prostor za druženje ter bar. Kind enthusiastic staff. As any larger city care on the street is recomended as wel as the use of taxi or uber comming and going.The building is at corner. Arrival at calle libertad has internal parking of a commercial complex, but does not show hotel signs. Entrace at calle romero looks better but it closes after business hours. Suggest contacting desk for instructions. Reception on 3rd floor is a nice surprise and rooms on 4 and 5th floor nice and spacy. Restaurant with good dishes for reasonable prices (do not confoud with the very posh chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor). Management and staff really very eager serve well!
