Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Large and comfortable room. Well-designed bathroom. Courteous staff. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The Pullman was far better than any of the hotels where I stayed this year in Europe or North America.

"Excellent service and customer service" This is the third time I have been to this hotel. The staff was very friendly, especially Sebastian and Don Juan. I didn't know him before, very friendly and helpful person. I recommend this hotel to any traveler going to Santiago de Chile. Nice small hotel in an excellent location. Good breakfasts. Will stay here again during a next visit to Santiago.
