JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Shanghai Pudong is located on the bank of Huangpu River in Shanghai’s dynamic Pudong district and close to Lujiazui central business district. JW Marriott always meets your expectation. I was visiting the hotel during the Valentines Day and made a special request to decorate the room. They made it very special for my wife. Had Balloons, Towel Swan, Rose and Rose Petals. The hotel also has robots to deliver water bottles and anything you might need. So I would say, just pick up the phone and order few water bottles, a cool thing to experience. The rooms were also spacious and everything in the room was modern and on point. Good view of the river also.

Offering stunning views of Shanghai skyline, the gorgeous Regent Shanghai Pudong stands in Lujiazui financial district in Pudong New Area. Gym was great. Hotel art and interior (roaring 20s touch) was lovely. First round minibar was generous. Hotel staff is nice and patient. We had a great chat with Rita and Max who were extremely welcoming.

The staff helped us a lot. We could not change the currency (we got on the weekend) and we were allowed to live for two days without pay until the weekend ended. Then our circumstances changed and we had to fly out of Shanghai 2 days earlier than planned. We got our money back within 5 minutes. In addition, they helped us call a taxi and showed a very good attitude. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for the warm welcome. I also want to emphasize the excellent location. The metro station is 10 meters away and the terminus of the Maglev high-speed train from the airport is 350 meters away. Breakfast is very tasty and varied.
