Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially considering we booked the room last minute.

Set in the centre of Aachen, this hotel offers a children's play room, a fitness centre with panoramic city views and underground parking. The staff were very helpful and cooperative. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to help our stay be more comfortable. Unfortunately stayed only for a day, but will definitely come back to stay here on our next visit..

There is a free mini bar with soda’s and chocolate snacks, nice towels and a bathrobe and slippers for the sauna. The bed was also comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!
