We had a great stay at this very recently opened new hotel. The breakfast was awesome with many warm and cold food options and a great tea selection. The room was very comfortable.

The hotel was wonderful, the common areas were plenty, super clean, cozy and gave a very positive energy. WIFI worked splendidly everywhere within the hotel. The room was 10/10, comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower, and all the utilities you may need. Location is also very good, the nearest bus station is 2 minutes away, it’s a very safe and quiet area. The staff were incredibly helpful with any inquiries or questions I had. I will definitely go again.

This modern 4-star hotel enjoys a quiet location in Hamburg’s Altona district. The NH Hamburg Altona offers free Wi-Fi, a Spanish-style restaurant, and a spa with a panoramic sun terrace. Everything was great during our stay. Breakfast has a wide range of food, beds were really comfortable. Hotel staff was really nice and helpful. We would go back if staying in Hamburg next time.

Situated 1.8 km from Volksparkstadion, Mercure Hotel Hamburg am Volkspark offers 4-star accommodation in Hamburg and has a bar. All was perfect. Very helpful staff. Very clean. Breakfast great. Easy to get downtown. Close to the bus stop. But most importantly, great value. And a great surprise that for the kid of 13 is free of charge. Would come again for sure.

Facility in apartment within my expectation. Fast-simple cooking in the kitchen, ironing (room), laundry and luggage storage at level -1 was useful during my trip. Big screen smart TV which can be synchronized with smart phone was also good.
