Set in the Neuenheim district of Heidelberg, Rafaela Hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Heidelberg's Old Town district with the theatre and university. we loved everything, great location, very friendly and welcoming stuff, very comfy rooms and bed, very beautiful area of the city. we had such a great stay!

These suites and apartments provide a beautiful place to stay in Heidelberg. They are located on the River Neckar, next to the Old Bridge and a short walk from all attractions. The most amazing location on the river across from the castle and old town. The view was awe inspiring. Upon checkin the staff were so accomodating and helpful and not only sat with us to make us feel welcome they went out of their way making reservations and finding us places to eat and visit. The suite we had was luxuriuously appointed and very comfortable. The included no-cost mini-bar was stocked full of local and typical snacks and drinks for us every day.

Parking is limited but the staff will absolutely do all they can to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. We highly recommend this as a must stay!!!

It was wonderful to be able to sit on the terrace both mornings and evenings. The rooms were spatious and the beds and bedware were very comfortable. The two doublebeds were in kingsize and easy to share. Extra positive were that the coffee mashine was filled up with whole beans enough for us all during 3 days.
