I need to tell you that this hotel really surpassed all my expectations about customer service. Firstly, when we came to breakfast almost at its end because of the stressful morning, the personnel hasn't told us that you're too late but instead allowed us to stay and offered us a coffee. Then we were allowed to stay longer to have some rest. Moreover, I forgot my headphones bag in the room and then found it but I haven't told it to the cleaning person, so he found me in the restaurant, informed me about it and asked, if it was me who took it. The hotel itself is far from the city centre but if you travel by car, it's not a problem at all. The hotel has enough parking places and a garage as well. The restaurant is really good. We enjoyed all our meals. The room was quiet. Also on the 3rd floor there is a comfortable corner with sofa and armchair where you can seat. The room was well equipped and has enough space for 2 people.

This hotel lies in the north of Leipzig offers good road access to the A14 motorway. It offers free parking and a shuttle to the airport and the Leipzig Exhibition Centre. We stayed as a family for 1 night only. Got 2 rooms next to each other. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. It's a nice hotel overall and the staff is lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good.

A very warm welcome from the restaurant manager and chef who happened to be there. Kind and helpful. Excellent communication about check-in. Quiet and peaceful location, close to a team stop. Rooms had everything which was needed. Nice dining area

Kitchen well equipped (including a kettle for tea lovers besides the coffee machine :) ), spacious bathroom with a full-length bath, hair-dryer included. Sitting sofa and dining table. Balcony and underground parking garage spot standard wide. Overall good value for money.
