It is "20 mins" to all the major locations you would like to visit. The kitchen is well appointed with stove, oven, air fryer, microwave and a good size fridge. There is some sugar, salt, pepper. oil and other basics left by other occupants which is helpful on your first night. The lounge is large with a "L" shaped sofa. There is a TV with Netflix. There are 4 bedrooms each with 2 single beds in each and there was 1 rollaway. The bathrooms are quite new - 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs which contains a single/couple sauna. Heating is via a pellet fire and the heating covers most of the house quite well. There is also parking at the side of the house. Overall a nice stay.
