Clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent. Modern and everything is brand new. Only a 15min walk to train station. There are shops and restaurants nearby all in walking distance. ALDI’ and McDonald’s and other markets. Quiet area Some reviews I read said there are no curtains on windows. Well this hotel is so modern that they have electric shades outside of window. You have to touch switch on wall and shade comes down. So you leave window open. There is no air conditioning but it was not needed. All doors in lobby open by pressing switch. Front desk closes at 10pm but your room key will open side door. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Oktoberfest. Great stay!

Built in 2018, Hotel Südstern is located 2-minute walk away from Munich-Solln train station, which offers direct connection to Munich city centre in 20 minutes. Host and all the staff were incredible!

NYX Hotel Munich by Leonardo Hotels asub Münchenis, 3,5 km kaugusel Oktoberfesti toimumispaigast Theresienwiesest. Kohapeal on spordikeskus, saun ja terrass. We stayed in a 4 pax room where the other 2 pax sleep on sofa bed. They were kind enough to put the bed sheets and the pillow case for the sofa bed, making the bed quite comfortable. The breakfast spread is the best out of all the breakfast we had in other hotels throughout the whole stay. There is also a table and a mini kitchen for the room so light cooking is possible as there is also microwave. There are also multiple eateries surrounding it. However the nearest transport is a bus. The nearest train station is at least 9-11 mins walk away. Surrounding the hotel are multiple grocery store that are priced quite cheaply.

Although not centrally located, it's not far from the city center. With the combination of bus and subway, you can get to the city center easily. You have an Augustiner beer garden nearby, which is a huge plus for people traveling with friends.

Grand Hotel Palladium features free WiFi access and guests can also enjoy a modern spa area with sauna and a relaxation lounge. All rooms are equipped with a safe. The rooms are nice, with all facilities and great value for money. Parking in the garage was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Located in southern Munich, the family-run Hotel Olympia is located in München offers free WiFi access and free private parking. It is 12 km from the city centre. I was in town for Oktoberfest and naturally was very disoriented on the morning I left. I had lost my phone charger so I asked someone working in the breakfast area if she had one I could borrow. She didn’t but she offered to call a taxi for me and even gave me a complimentary cup of coffee for my wait! I was already impressed but even more so when I realized I had lost my backpack at the hotel and this same woman had found it, kept it safe, and tried to contact me to come get it. Excellent service all around, and the late night check in was also very convenient!
