We had stayed here before and were excited to see that the Cristal was available for our travel dates. Beautiful room with enough space for our family of four. Friendly staff (reception, cleaning breakfast). Excellent and reasonably prized breakfast buffet. Parking lot in the back very convenient. Great location next to subway station and with stores and restaurants within a block or two. Will stay here again!!

Detta rökfria hotell med en vacker trädgård har ett lugnt läge mittemot en park och nära floden Pegnitz, strax nordost om Nürnbergs centrum. They've got shutter! Recepcionist was really good prepared for every kind of questions. Lovely breakfast.

Hotel Erlenstegen is situated in the north-eastern part of Nuremberg, just a 10 minute drive away from the A3 motorway. Nice hotel! Secure parking in the back yard, very comfy beds!

You will find there everything you need for staying here for couple of days. Very nice terrace. Everywhere are external sun shades, so you can make flat completely dark. If you want to go to city center, it is about 15 minutes by car or 500m walk to tram that goes directly to center. !!! If you travel by car and park your car in garage, be sure that access to garage is unlocked before you leave the apartment when check out. !!!

The owner of the property is FRAUD and actually, this is the SCAMMER group. We booked the apartment and paid in advance. When I was on the way, the owner changed the apartment saying that there was a problem in booked apartment. The owner gave the address of a new apartment with instructions on how to get the keys. When we reached the apartment, we could not get the key as per instructions. I spend like 1 hour and then wrote several messages and called the owner. Neither of my messages were responded to nor phone calls (30-40 times). After two hours of struggle, I went to the city center and took the room that was available at the highest possible price. We had a lot of stress. Now I am contacting my own to return the money, the phone is not reachable, and messages are not answered. Now I am in the process of getting refunded for the booking. Beware of this FRAUD owner and do not this apartment. The owner is a FRAUD person.
