The apartment had comfortable beds, pillows, sofas and a terrace with a lounge chair. The owner was kind enough to allow early check in and a late checkout. It was very modern, clean, quiet and had nice views. I would happily stay there again. It is less than 1 block from a large supermarket which was very convenient.

Close to town, walking distance to Rhein river for walking alongside. Always had parking place, grocery store nearby. They actually had a Schneebesen in the kitchen! I brought an extra one; now they have too🤣 I use it for my protein shake in the morning

The area was exactly what you would expect from a small town in Germany. The housing in that particular area is a mix of old & new with great character. SCHMUCKKASTLE is steeped in character with old wooden beams throughout yet very modern facilities super shower great cooking facility . Cant praise it enough. I think I hit the jackpot when I arrived there. The area is super super super. Loved it all. There is a bakery coffee shop vegetable shop imbiss pizza place all within a few short streets away. Apartment had a lovely little balcony. I was surprised to be greeted with a great bottle of wine. What a very nice touch and such a friendly warm welcome from a great host. Super place very clean & compact. You can also get lots of Ice cream within 20 metres on the beautiful river walkway. Plenty of wine also available in the area.

Breakfast was not provided but the local area had bread that we purchased as well as other things that we liked from the local stores... Aldi, Penny and bakeries were easy to find. We liked the location due to the many places we could eat and enjoy time with friends and family. River walks and boat rides were close to the location.
