A most excellent hotel at a reasonable price, we highly recommend. Very delicate interior decorations, most friendly staff, clean and nice room, fantastic breakfast, free coffee/tea the day through, very cosy patio. Especially Noelia at the reception was so helpful and gave us many tips, we could use. Parking just under the hotel.

Room was very modern and functional, very comfortable. great noise isolation (the cathedral's bells are not a problem). did not try the breakfast room, but overall excellent.

Awesome hotel at the city center. Lots of good restaurants nearby, the hotel has a modern atmosphere while preserving the city heritage. The rooms are great, comfortable and quiet, and the rooftop is amazing, very nice views from Alhambra.

Feels like top notch luxury. Lobby is beautiful and room is beautiful. Interesting layout. The bathroom elements are each open to the bedroom. So, shower, toilet room and sink area are each off the bedroom. The toilet room has a frosted glass door but the shower doesn’t. So good thing that there’s a small living room/kitchenette as well.

The Carmen is very comfortable and nicely furnished with many travel guides for guests to use. The people were lovely, breakfasts were great and it represents good value for money. It’s walking distance to the Alhambra and also the city center, but not for those with impaired mobility.
