This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I don't think that I have ever felt so welcomed in a hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the location is excellent to explore downtown Palma.

Absolutely everything about Vila Damunt has been pleasant. Our suite overlooked the most visited sight (Cathedral), and we were never bothered by the sound due to the thick walls and high floors (Attached photo taken from living room window)! The interiors of the suites are carefully designed, the space and comfort is impossible to beat in Palma. We’ve been to Palma 5 times and stayed in different places, Vila Damunt has absolutely been our favorite. And our favorite feature was the AC and how GREAT it was in comparison to other 5* stays in Palma. Check in and Check out were very convenient and can be done completely online. Such wonderful staff too! We were also complimented with daily vouchers for a light breakfast at Cappuccino. Thanks for everything, we will definitely be back!
