Hotel Silken Amara Plaza has a quiet setting next to the River Urumea, in San Sebastián’s Plaza Pio XII Square. The elegant, modern rooms include free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The staff was excellent! My Spanish is terrible. So they repeatedly helped me understand things and communicate effectively. I’ve had to stay in hotels for business about a thousand times. This staff and hotel is one that I LOVED. If I go back to San Sebastián, I’m definitely going to stay there again. The hotel was clean. The staff was excellent. The location was cool. And the price was also outstanding. This hotel is excellent.

Very nice apartment, well equipped and next to a bus stop to the center. Communication with host was great and parking is very convenient since there is barely any parking spots in the neighborhood. When entering the parking do it throught the second barrier, not the first one you will come across. The second one allows using the card provided, the first one will expend a ticket.

Our host was great, very flexible and friendly. He also welcomed us with cookies, fruits and beer. There was coffee, tee and also the basics in case you wanted to cook by yourself. The property was clean and well decorated. The staff was incredibly helpful. We were walked to our apartment because we had problems with finding it. Apartment is very close to two big supermarkets and bus station so going to the center isn’t problematic at all. I would recommend that place to everybody.
