Juan at the reception friendly and professional. Breakfast was very well prepared and the ladies always kind. Rooms (No 12 and 13) exceeded our expectations.

Set in the Gros district in San Sebastián, Hotel Arrizul Congress is only 300 metres away from Kursaal and La Zurriola beach. All rooms feature a modern décor, flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful with local knowledge and where to eat. Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Parking a few minutes walk away and the location was excellent next to Old Town but across the bridge.
