The apartment was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was great - out of the busiest area but walkable to everything. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Seville for our Christmas vacation! We woke up every morning blocks from the epicenter of all the local celebrations, shops, bakeries, shopping, monuments, etc! The apartment was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at, impecable clean. The hosts spared no detail, from having plenty of linens and towels, including laundry soap, and a fully stocked kitchen to having bedside lights and temperature controls in every room. The location was super safe, great security, with little noise at night and blackout shades on windows. We slept so well! Ignacio, the owner, provided us with an awesome list of suggest for places to eat and even dropped by to bring us chocolates as a Christmas gift. So kind!! We will definitely come back!!

Appartamento bellissimo, moderno, ben arredato e funzionale, dove è presente tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa comprese alcune informazioni utili per visitare la città. Si trova al piano terra, in pieno centro in una zona e una piazza animatissime dove bere, mangiare e ascoltare musica a qualsiasi ora, nonostante questo l'appartamento risulta silenzioso e confortevole. Con un po' di fortuna si riesce anche a parcheggiare sotto casa. Mary è stata gentile e premurosa. Non manca proprio nulla!

Our host met us at the parking garage, which was a one minute walk from the apartment, as we had a hire car. The car park garage was completely secure. She even offered to help carry our luggage back to the apartment. Situated in the centre of Seville, CASA NAIA Santa Rufina 7 features accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. Before I booked , I read reviews about stairs and huge nombers of complains about how long they are. I was shocked that the stairs are just ordinary, I thought them 700. they where just 12 each floor. I think who complained about the stairs, either need a fitness center to go or mental hospital to stay in. the palce is very good . love it. well equipped and clean. near restaurants and shops. good owner. مكان جيد للسكن
