Beautiful rooms, spacious, clean and neat. We needed the parking option and this was in a good location for where we needed to go. Staff were super helpful.

Quite silent. The room was very clean. I spent 4 nights here and I was very satisfied with the accommodation. It has got a small kitchen (consist of 1 pan, 1 pot, boards, cutler, scissor). In the bathroom there is shower gel. You need to bring kitchen towel and dishwasher though. There is also a water cooker (bring extra teabags and nescafe). Some staff employees speaks English, some of them not. The appartements mostly on the 4th floor. The breakfast is simple: bread, baguette, yoghurt, butter, jam, nutella, cereals, milk. The price is worth for 1 person, especially when you can cook in the appartement. I really like it! Tv channels are mostly in French, and there was also Netflix to watch for free. The area is fine. I used V'Lille bikes to rent every day and cycle to the centrum. Closeby is a great bakery (Au P'tit Louis) I didn't use public transport. I came by train, have neither experience with parking by car.
