My mom celebrated her 70th bday and Adyl organized the most perfect (and delicious) cake for the 2 of us. She felt so special and loved. We also had a bit of a luggage mix up and Adyl handled everything with speed, grace, and generosity. I was blown away by the high quality service. Adyl, Kevin, and their team have won a customer for life!

The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process, making me feel valued as a guest. They were not only efficient but also took the time to provide useful information prior to our arrival about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Throughout my stay, the entire staff exhibited a remarkable level of professionalism and friendliness. The housekeeping team kept my room impeccably clean, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Any request or inquiry was met with prompt and courteous responses, showcasing a commitment to guest satisfaction that truly sets this hotel apart. Nestled on a serene and tranquil street, the hotel proved to be an oasis of calm in the midst of the city. Despite its proximity to all amenities, the peaceful atmosphere allowed for a restful stay, undisturbed by city noise. I felt like I had a cool studio in Paris. the whole experience has been wonderful. I can’t wait to return !!

Staff is really friendly. Lovely design and attention for details regarding the interior design. Great bathroom and shower. The bed is also great, however a bit short for us. Hotel is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Overall very enjoyable stay.

We arrived very early and were able to leave our luggage until later when we could check in and also on check out we left our luggage all day as we had an evening flight.
