All staff are extremely professional and super helpful. A big thank you to you all for making our stay perfekt!! The hotel is special with many details, not least a candy stall and lovely fresh water for free use if you need it after a long day of adventures. The first thing you encounter when you get to your room is a delicious clean scent and a super clean room. There is also a coffee machine where there is free tea and coffee which is refilled daily by the nicest employee. The maids who offered cleaning every day and always smiling and helpful. Umbrellas at reception necessary for free use. We had breakfast out in the city so we can not rate that. We will be back and will recommend this delicious hotel to everyone. Hôtel Jardin de Cluny is set between Notre Dame and the Sorbonne, in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Free Wi-Fi and lift access are provided for all rooms. Beautiful property in a great location. It was very clean, the staff was amazing. The bed was really comfortable, the pillows were perfect and the sheets very soft. It had AC as well. The bathroom was big, that’s quite rare in Paris. Overall it was beautiful and nice in every aspect.

Located near the Sorbonne University on Paris’ chic left bank, this 4-star hotel offers luxury rooms with period furniture and painted ceilings. This hotel was absolutely wonderful. It has a 'family owned' feel about it and everyone from the front desk to the breakfast staff and cleaning staff were very polite and helpful, even those who didnt speak English. The location is perfect within walking distance to most tourist areas. It was my birthday when we were there and we were suprised with a bottle of champagne in the room when we returned from a day out. I was very touched by the staff remembering from when we checked in. We had a 'suite' room and it was lovely adn big. The normal rooms are a little small, but that is the way it is in central Paris. All round this was a great place to explore Paris from.

Really friendly staff, lovely decor and walking distance to many attractions we wanted to see and visit. nice breakfast and fabulous cocktails at night. Having the sauna and pool just for us each day for an hour (booking required) was so nice! dog friendly place .
