The level of cleanliness of the rooms, equipped with absolutely everything you could need, as well as the level of professionalism with which they are managed is truly, truly exceptional! To give you an idea - I checked in at 1AM, and could not find the plug converter (the previous time I had found in the room a UK plug converter which was massively appreciated - not always found even in 5* hotels!). I messaged Valentina, the manager of the property, at 2am but obviously did not expect a reply until morning - Valentina replied immediately and with amazing attitude, was super helpful, and in the end we found the converter. Would recommend this to everyone who wants a flawless experience, and especially for work / business trips!
