Everybody was very welcoming - they also changed and proposed another room as per our request (we wanted non smoking instead of smoking). SPA is very good. Location is really good in order to understand that Tokyo is not only crowded city, but has other really nice neighbourhoods with really good restaurants. Metro is not faw away and all main districts are reachable easily. Concierges do their job perfectly. We have ordered babysitting service for our kid and it was perfectly executed.

The facilities were clean and the hotel is close to a lot of shops and even an amusement park! Bed is comfy.

Lots of nice cafes and restaurants including the ones in famous walking street. The facilities are as expected.

The lobby and room were very well designed and made it looked more premium than usual bathroom had a bath tub that supprised me considering most hotels i have seen in tokyo dont have one

Hotel staffs were very friendly and proactively offer umbrella to us to use on a rainy day. They also changed the direction of the escalator when they see we have seniors with us.
