The location was in between two JR stations which worked out for us. The staff were extremely friendly, we came early to drop off our luggages before check in and when we came back, they told us they already delivered it to our room which surprised me. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The QR code option they had in the room was super convenient so we were able to rent out items. They cleaned our rooms every day by cleaning the garbage daily and changing our sheets once during our 4 night stay.

Ideally located in the Shinjuku Ward district of Tokyo, Via Inn Iidabashi Korakuen is set 500 metres from Koishikawa Suwa Shrine, 700 metres from Ramla Shopping Mall and 500 metres from Printing... We loved the cleanliness and the aesthetics of the hotel. The hotel was also conveniently located to the subway to get around Tokyo. When we arrived, we needed to have a different bed layout other than the one that we had originally seen online. The hotel graciously accommodated us. At the end of our trip, one of our party needed to extend their stay by one night and the hotel was able to accommodate that change too.

It was a in a great location. It was really easy to take train and go other places of Tokyo. It was near Akihabara, so I liked it. Everybody was so nice in the hotel, very helpful. Laundromat service is very good and easy to use. No need to bring a lot of clothes. Definitely staying there when I come here again.
