Big seize two floor duplex room, nice and classy design room, very comfortable king size bed. Very elegant colonial type hotel. Even though the hotel builds above major and the biggest and busiest train station in Tokyo but it sounds nothing in the room. Reception staff speaks english fluently, the concierge staff also very helpful and professional. They even offers us to store our luggage while we away to Hakone for 5 days and pick it up later. It is world 5 stars hotel at the Tokyo Train station.

Facing the Imperial Palace, the luxurious Shangri-La Tokyo is conveniently situated right next to JR Tokyo Station. Staff was fantastic. Food was great - gym in particular was excellent esp the pool. I also did two spa service which were wonderful. Attention to detail through and through. The room was surprisingly large. I was here for the Tokyo marathon and the hotel even surprised me afterwards with an after marathon health food gift.

We just had our overnight bus trip from Kyoto and I'm with my parents who are seniors and it's a big help that they can rest early. I think her name is Sugita-san. Opening in August 2013, Super Hotel Premier Tokyo Station Yaesu-Chuoguchi is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from JR Tokyo Shinkansen (bullet train) Station. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly. They are very approachable and assisted us all the time. The hotel is very clean and supplied us with all neccessary hotel amenities.

Marunouchi Hotel is a minute's walk from Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit and a 10-minute taxi ride from Tsukiji Fish Market. Superb cleanliness, location, staff, and quality of accommodation. Nothing was left out. Well thought through details in room, from toiletries to hand roasted Kyoto coffee. In this day and age, cigar bar and walk-in humidor, with a great cigar selection, was a masterpiece. Well done.
