Location is pretty good with supermarkets , department stores and train access close by. Very good house keeping here....rooms spotless and staff very kind.

Good location with lots of activity around. Very good trained staff and the property is new. Most of the time accommodated our requests like GRADE in the room, early checking time, leaving the baggage for two days so on and so forth

Overlooking Yokohama Bay, the Intercontinental boasts a 31st-floor Chinese restaurant and a spa with massages. Rooms have free WiFi and city or bay views. View, location were amazing. Our first room was messy, didn't seem to have been cleaned properly and was stains etc everywhere. After a complaint they upgraded and gave us a free breakfast. Incredible service!!
