The 3-star Rija VEF Hotel with FREE Parking is situated in a quiet part of Riga, a 10-minute drive of the beautiful Old Town. It offers bright rooms with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a minibar. We've stayed here many times and have recommended it to friends and family too. The rooms are cosy, neat, and tidy, the breakfast is great, the staff are friendly, and the price is fair. Free parking is a bonus, but if you don't have a car the hotel is very conveniently located for trams and bus stops. It's a bit further from the touristy part of Riga, but being away from Old Town means it's waaay quieter than staying in cramped hotels nestled among the bars and clubs. The hotel's own restaurant is really good, but if you're staying for several days and fancy a change there's also a very good place to eat just over the road called Hartvick.

Well situated in the Vidzemes priekšpilsēta district of Rīga, SIA Cikstonis is set less than 1 km from Riga Motor Museum, 7.8 km from Daugava Stadium and 8.3 km from Arena Riga. The owner was very nice and helpful and when our taxi did not arrive he took us all to the train station. A great very Great Man !
