This hotel was one of the highlights of our stay! Everything was great. We chose the small double room and it had everything we need.. and more! The room was lovely and modern, with a SMEG kettle, coffee machine, mini fridge, safe, and is in really good condition. The bathroom is spacious with a huge shower. The interior of the room was aesthetically pleasing, and so was the whole hotel! The window of the room had street view, and the street is very quiet overall. Around 30 mins walk to the centre. The staff were really helpful, professional, and friendly. What I loved most is how welcoming they were at any time of day and no matter who was on shift. The check in and check out process was really smooth. We stayed for 5 nights, and would definitely recommend! Thank you for making it such a memorable stay for our first time in Lisbon!

We tried to eat in other places that were recommended to us, but then we didn't even look for anything else, because we couldn't find anything better in the center. Guys - you are well done!

Rossio Plaza Hotel se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Santa Maria Maior din Lisabona, la 7 minute de mers pe jos de Praça do Comércio, la 200 m de Rossio și la mai puțin de 1 km de Castelul... We enjoy our stay at this hotel very much. The front door service is marvelous. I want to deliver my gratitude to the staff, Elsette ( sorry if I type the name wrong). She is very helpful and we did feel very welcome from her service!

The staff were very friendly and offered us recommendations of places to visit around Lisbon, how to use the metro system and whether using Lisboa card/Viva Viagem card was a good idea for certain places. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of fresh food, tea and coffee available. The room was clean and spacious with a good street view. The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s only a short walk to the Arc de Rua Augusta and Rossio Square, I would highly recommend it for people looking to be in the center with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
